Strategic Vision & Planning

• Trident Edge Consulting has long-term relationships with our customers, providing assistance and advice on an as-needed basis.  As a result, we often assist our customers with the development or updating of their supply chain vision statements and strategic plans.

• When engaged to assist with long term planning activities, we assist our customers with evaluating their current state versus leading practices in a number of areas to include process competency, organizational structure, system architecture, the customer experience and data quality.  We use this information to engage in thoughtful conversations that are designed to aid in the development of a clear understanding of how to improve operations and the level of service provided.

• We also look for practical cost savings initiatives that can be implemented as a way to fund the supply chain strategic plan.
