Software Selection

• MARKET RESEARCH. As your partner in your software selection process, we will assist with defining the scope for the new software and will work with you to conduct market research that will identify practical vendors and applications that  are worth pursuing as potential solutions.  

 

• VENDOR QUALIFICATION. We will help you determine the qualifications that your potential new software partners will need to be able to qualify as a suitable partner.  We can assist with creating the RFI or RFP that you will send to potential vendors and we can engage with those vendors in whatever capacity you desire to guide the selection process.

• VENDOR DEMOS. We will partner with you to coordinate the vendor demos and to prepare detailed evaluation criteria that is aligned with your business objectives, so that your designated project members can use this during the scheduled demos to evaluate each software package.  We will attend all demos and coordinate post-demo sessions to ensure the designated project members are engaged in a manner the solicits their feedback in an objective manner.

• SELECTION.  We will summarize the individual input from all team members into a scorecard and will setup meetings with senior leadership and the full team, as necessary, to determine which solution best fits with the organizational objectives.
