PLAN. We understand that project planning is critical to a project's success. We have experience with dozens of application and technology implementation projects enabling us to bring sample work plans and other assets to the planning phase. Further, we approach each project as a custom situation and take steps to ensure that the planning around your project is suitable for your desired outcomes. We also recognize that successful system implementations include business process transformation, strong communications and organizational change management to realize the desired results and will guide you to incorporate these critical components to each project in a practical manner that is commensurate with the level of desired transformation.

IMPLEMENT. Having "planned the work" in the plan phase, we will "work the plan" in the remaining project phases (Design, Build, Test, Implement, Support). Following a model built on regular communication and status meetings, Trident Edge will continuously assess and redirect as necessary to achieve the desired outcomes. Trident Edge also has proven success with implementing integrated solutions that link core ERP platforms with third party supply chain applications such as EDI, clinical software, point-of-use inventory management software and bone & tissue tracking solutions
