Our Shared Services architect will lead shared services blueprint work sessions with your key stakeholders to ensure that your requirements are well understood, that the work session participants are well informed about operational components that must be evaluated and that key decisions are made in an efficient manner. The architect will deliver a Shared Services Blueprint document that contains high level business, data and technical architectural models, key operational models, a financial/ROI analysis for the operation and a preliminary project plan and timeline for the implementation.

IMPLEMENT. We will lead the project team in the development of operational policies and processes, a staffing & hiring plan, performance management strategy and the educational curriculum. We can also lead or assist with the implementation of the customer support model and key supporting technologies, the development of training materials, communication activities, office space logistics and the implementation of the performance dashboard.

MEASURE. Metrics are critical to the culture and success of a Procure-to-Pay shared services operation. As a result, one of the most important components of a shared services implementation is to develop a performance management strategy that emphasizes the key operational and performance metrics that will be tracked and reported and to develop a performance dashboard that automates the data collection and publishing of these critical metrics.
